I'm Alan Escalante — photographer and cinematographer, and the owner of Twin Lens Productions, based in Los Angeles.

Since 2016, I've built a career around one idea: images should feel intentional. Whether it's a studio setup or something shot out in the field, I'm chasing the same thing — strong contrast, controlled light, and a frame that feels designed rather than caught by accident. Brands and creative teams across the US have trusted me to capture both moving and still imagery across product, food & drink, lifestyle, and event work.

I built Twin Lens Productions because I wanted more than just my own eye on a project — I wanted clients to have access to a whole team. These days, that means working alongside a group of creatives I trust and collaborate with regularly, so every project gets more than one perspective behind it. That's the direction I'm building toward: less "hire a photographer," more "bring in a team that can curate something amazing for you, start to finish."

Outside client work, I shoot personal projects rooted in small businesses, community stories, and general life — work that keeps sharpening how I see everything else.
